Client Booking Guide & Hướng Dẫn Lấy Hẹn

1 Sign Up or Log In
  • New user? Click Sign Up and fill in your name, email, and password.
  • Returning? Click Login and enter your credentials.
  • You can also book as a guest using a direct link shared by the provider.
2 Choose a Provider
  • From your dashboard, click All Providers to browse the list.
  • Click the provider you want to book with — this opens the booking wizard.
3 Select Service, Date & Time
  1. Service (optional) — Choose a service from the dropdown, or skip it.
  2. Date — Tap the date selector, then tap any highlighted available date.
  3. Time — Tap an available time slot. Grayed-out slots are fully booked.
  4. Tap Next to continue.
💡 If a date shows no available time slots, try selecting a different date.
4 Confirm Your Booking
  1. Technician / Workstation — Select your preferred technician from the dropdown.
  2. Note (optional) — Add a message for the provider.
  3. Tap Book Now.

✅ You will see a confirmation page with your appointment reference number.

  • View / Cancel bookings — Go to My Bookings in the sidebar. Click Delete to cancel.
  • Update profile — Go to Settings to change your name, email, or password.
  • Log out — Click Logout at the bottom of the sidebar.
