1 Self-Registration NEW

Providers can now create a free account without waiting for the administrator.

  1. Go to dovara.biz and click Provider? Join free → in the top navigation bar.
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • Business / Provider Name (required)
    • Email address (required — must be unique)
    • Password and Confirm Password (required)
    • Phone number, Specialty, Country, City (optional)
  3. Click Register Free.
  4. You will be automatically logged in and shown the Membership & Plans welcome page.
💡 New accounts start on the Free plan and are initially unlisted (not public). An administrator will review and activate your listing.
2 Logging In
  • Go to dovara.biz and click Login.
  • Enter your email and password.
  • You will be taken to your Provider Dashboard.
3 Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows a personalized welcome, quick-access buttons, and platform statistics. Use the sidebar menu to navigate:

4 Managing Your Schedule (Sessions)

Go to My Sessions in the sidebar. A session is a single bookable time slot on a specific date.

  • Each session has a date, start time, title (technician/workstation name), and capacity.
  • Capacity = 0 means unlimited bookings; Capacity = N closes the slot after N bookings.
  • Clients see your sessions as available dates and times in the booking wizard.

Best Practice — one row per technician per slot:

Adding a Session:

  1. Click Add New Session.
  2. Fill in Title, Date, Time, and Capacity.
  3. Click Save.
⚠️ Deleting a session does not automatically cancel existing appointments. Contact affected clients before removing a session.
5 Managing Services

Go to Services in the sidebar. Services are the offerings clients can select when booking (e.g., Manicure, Consultation).

  • Add — Enter Service Name and optional Description, then click Add Service.
  • Edit — Click the Edit icon, update, and save.
  • Delete — Click the Delete icon. This also removes the service from linked appointments.
💡 Services are optional for clients. Bookings are still created even if a client skips the service selection.
6 Managing Technicians & Workstations

Go to Technicians in the sidebar. Register named staff or workstations that appear in client bookings.

💡 To show technician names in the client booking wizard: (1) register them here, AND (2) use those same names as session titles in My Sessions.

Add a Technician: Enter name and optional description, click Add.

Add a Workstation: Under a technician entry, click Add Workstation, enter name, click Save.

Use the Edit / Delete icons to manage entries.

7 Viewing Appointments

Go to My Appointments in the sidebar to see all bookings made with you.

Use the search bar to filter by client name, date, or other criteria.

8 Viewing Clients

Go to My Clients in the sidebar. Filter between:

  • My Clients — clients who have booked at least once with you.
  • All Clients — all registered clients on the platform.

Use the search bar to find a client by name or email.

9 Account Settings

Go to Settings in the sidebar. From here you can:

  • Update your profile information (name, specialty, phone, city).
  • Change your email address (must remain unique).
  • Change your password.
  • Access Membership & Plans via the Membership tile.
💡 Contact the administrator to change your Booking Model (Match defined time slots vs. Self-managed).
10 Membership Plans

Go to Membership in the sidebar (or via Settings → Membership & Plans).

How to request an upgrade:

  1. On the Membership page, click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to ProPro.
  2. An upgrade request form will appear — submit it.
  3. The administrator will review and approve or reject the request.
  4. Once approved, your tier is updated and new features are available immediately.
⚠️ There is no automatic payment gateway. The administrator will contact you separately to arrange payment before activating a paid tier.
  • Log out — Click Logout at the bottom of the sidebar to end your session securely.
  • Get help — Contact your system administrator for account issues or to expedite listing activation.
